Is the VMWare license included?
VMWare licensing is included in the monthly fee.
What kind of access do we get?
You will have access to vCenter for all VMWare Private Cloud packages that have a dedicated hypervisor.
Are these Private Cloud packages managed or unmanaged?
We include hypervisor (VMWare) management as a part of all our packages. You are responsible for managing the virtual machines and applications running on the hypervisors. If you would like a fully managed service beyond the hypervisors, please contact sales@rightservers.com with your tech/software stack along with what you would like to have managed on your behalf and we would be happy to provide you a quote.
What is the term of these packages?
These packages are month-to-month. If you are interested in a 12 month or greater term, there are some discounts available. Please reach out to sales@rightservers.com for more details.
Do you offer custom Private Cloud packages?
We offer custom built Private Cloud packages, in fact, the majority of our packages are tailored to our client’s requirements. The Private Cloud packages mentioned above are a sample of what we offer.
Do you offer hardware for sale?
Yes, we offer hardware for sale. Please reach out to sales@rightservers.com with your requirements (server specifications if you have something in mind), budget, timeline and any other preferences (like brands).
Do you provide billing system / platform automation?
Yes, we have helped a lot of our clients automate provisioning and end-user management using WHMCS (whmcs.com). This is outside of the management scope, please reach out to sales@rightservers.com with your billing system / platform along with what you’d like to automate.
